So, the boys and I went to Poison on August 14th at Blossom. This is a huge deal for us as it’s the 1 time each year we go out, get a limo, and enjoy the sweet sounds of Brett, Rikki, Bobby, and CC. They didn’t disappoint. We ran into Jen Toohey there. She is an awesome lady who we all like hanging out with so we decided to pose with her so we all look better.

So, Steph, Madelyn and I have this nightly ritual we go through. We give Madelyn her bath, and about half-way through we wash her hair. Well, as we wash her hair, we give her a comb over. It just makes sense. She has thin hair, I have thin hair…So we have a connection. After she receives her comb over, we have her do a fake newscast since she looks like an anchorman. I know, this sounds really weird. Every night we make her up and then hold her up and make funny jokes. It’s a silly thing but it means the world to my family to have this to do. Do you have a funny baby ritual you do every night? I’d love to know what it is. Send me pictures or stories and I’d love to share with everyone. Have a beautiful night!! This is Glenn signing off..LOL

Yesterday was so cool to me. I’m sitting here in my studio where I have this big window that looks out into the halls here at Q104. Being that I face the window as I work, I usually notice everyone that walks by. Yesterday morning about 6:45 I happen to see a shadow and look up and I’m like “Is that Chubby Checker”?? I had no idea he was in town or anything but I do know what he looks like. Turns out it was him. How cool to have a random moment like that. He told us stories about his good friends Jerry Lee Lewis, Chuck Berry, Fats Domino..Elvis….He had the biggest selling song in the 1960’s…THE ENTIRE DECADE. He couldn’t have been nicer.

Hey guys!
If any of you are considering an addition to your furry families, won’t you consider these dogs? They have been at the shelter for over 6 months and really need a home. I hope you can help out!!

Harlow
A young, playful, loving pit mix, Harlow is attentive and fun-loving. She would make a wonderful companion in a safe and experienced home. Harlow loves belly rubs and has already mastered her basic commands. Responds very well to training, Harlow is a very smart dog who aims to please.

Felice
A young, sweet, smart, energetic Mexican Xolo / Hairless mix, Felice is very youthful in her spirit and strength and is desperate for a home that she can call her own. Much like Harlow, she has seen dogs coming and going for months at the shelter and is getting very sad that she gets passed by. Her unique red fur feels like velvet! Felice is a quick learner and is doing great with her training and commands, but still might be best suited as an only dog.

Bode - the 3 Legged Wonder
An adorable 3 yr old shepherd/boxer mix, Bode is super affectionate and well trained. Despite losing his front leg in an accident, he gets along perfectly and has no trouble hopping up on the couch or zooming around for a long walk. Bode loves other dogs (and dog friendly cats) and is comical and friendly. Bode is an active dog, but also loves to cuddle and snuggle. So, I just wanted to take a second and tell you what a great experience I had with 2 people in my life!
As you know, my wife and I had little Madelyn about 8 weeks ago. She has suffered from a milk protein allergy and is very fussy a lot. Our pediatrician Dr. Cutter from Cleveland Clinic-Strongsville has been exceptional in trying to figure out what’s wrong with her. We can e-mail Dr. Cutter, and she write us back. We can call her and SHE calls us back. In fact, just yesterday Madelyn was screaming at the top of her lungs and it was after Dr. Cutter’s shift. I was able to get in touch with her and she called us personally from home to tell us what to do. If you are looking for someone who comes highly recommended and who pays attention towards your childs best interest..Please give Dr. Cutter a try!
Dr. Cutter is married to a wonderful dude named Tim Ali. If you live in the Strongsville, Middleburg Hts area, you have no doubtedly seen his real estate signs everywhere. His signs are everywhere because he sells houses. As winter was approaching and in one of the worst real estate markets ever, he sold our house in 6 weeks. I can’t promise it’ll work as quick with you, but if you look around there is one guy making things happen and that’s Tim. So many homes I see with other signs on them and after months of nothing, they switch over to Tim. Run a search and get this guy to help you out.
This is not an endorsement and I’m not getting paid to say any of this. These 2 have just struck me as being 2 genuinely nice people my wife and I have had the pleasure of meeting. I hope if you need any of their services, you check them out
Thanks for taking the time to read!
Glenn :)

Hi there!
Tuesday was a big day in the Anderson household as we took little Madelyn for her first professional pictures. We selected Studio 60 portraits for the job. Becky was our photographer and we were blown away by her patience, professionalism, and her website. She has some very unique ideas and we feel Madelyn is truly unique so they were a perfect fit.
Madelyn was really good for the shoot, although after almost every picture we had to give her a binkie so she didn’t cry
Here is a preview of our day. I got these in my e-mail on Wednesday and I cried the first time I saw them. Thanks for checking out our little lady
And check out www.studio60portraits.com if you’re looking for someone unique and fun to work with

Hi there!
Well, Madelyn has been here about a month, and we couldn’t be happier. It is such a life change, it’s hard to describe. Steph and I are up every 3 hours, although Steph does the breastfeeding..LOL We see her changing every day and it’s just amazing. I couldn’t imagine such a little thing bringing so much joy to our lives. We have been snapping pictures like crazy. I have never been picture guy, but it’s so important to capture all the life moments. Here are a few of our little Madelyn’s firsts
Madelyn’s first time to see Doctor Cutter at The Cleveland Clinic Strongsville

Madelyn’s first time with our Pastor

Madelyn’s first picture with her parents in our living room
